As a Relationship Manager, you manage relationships with Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Community Banking commercial customers. Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Approves loans within assigned limits, manages loan and portfolio credit quality, sources prospects in the Healthcare industry and develops new customer relationships. Provides financial advice to customers and sells appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients and makes appropriate referrals.Basic QualificationsMaster's degree, or equivalent work experience10 or more years of commercial lending experiencePreferred Skills/ExperienceExperience working in the healthcare industry both non-profit and for-profit is a must for this roleStrong relationship management and business development/sales skillsWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skillsConsiderable knowledge of credit and credit qualityThorough knowledge of bank products and servicesAbility to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationshipsExcellent presentation, verbal and written communication skillsPrevious small business banking experienceThis role requires occasional traveling to meet with clients on average 30%Location:
