for Substance Use/Addiction.
Responsible for providing individual, group, and family counseling services for adults experiencing SUDs and substance related issues in a clinical, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed manner in LSSI's Kenmore Outpatient substance use treatment program.

Providea continuum ofcounseling andpsychoeducationservicestoclientswithalcohol/drug co-occurring or gambling related conditions.Coordinateandfacilitategroupandindividual counseling sessions (ASAMLevels0.5,1,2.1, continuing care), DUI, and psychoeducation.Providecasemanagement services,includingassessment,evaluations, treatmentplanning, continuing care, and monitoring progress of clients' response to treatment.Ensurealldocumentation is completed accurately, inatimelymannerandincompliancewith state, federal, and agency standards.Collaborate withteammembers, otherLSSIprograms, andexternalpartners inorderto provide quality, whole-person care and services to clients.Meetproductivityrequirementsidentifiedby LSSI.Ensureadherencetoethicalstandardsoftreatment,includingNASWCodeof Ethics.Demonstrate professional, positive behavior andcarry out responsibilitieswithintegrity, treatingclients,families,otherLSSIworkforcemembers,andcollaborative organizations and/or individual ina dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.Position Qualifications:
Highschooldiplomaorequivalent required.Bachelor'sormaster'sdegree preferred.One(1)tothree(3)yearsofexperienceinsubstanceusefieldpreferred.LSW,LPC,LCSW,orCADSrequired,ormustobtainwithintwo(2)yearsofhire date.AnnualTBtest required.Backgroundcheckclearancerequired.Knowledgeandexperience usingDSM-5andASAMcriteria tomakeaccuratediagnosis of substance use disorders and treatment/intervention recommendations required.Demonstratedabilitytorecordandproofreadinformationonformsandcharts required.Trainedandproficientintheuseofanelectronichealthcarerecord preferred.Familiaritywithaccreditation andlicensurestandards preferred.Demonstrated abilitytocommunicate inaclear,comprehensiblemanner,bothverballyandin
