The opportunity
Seeking a proven professional with a strong foundation in omnichannel marketing analytics to assess efficiencies and provide informed advice for improving innovative marketing strategies that drive pharmacy and physician sales through various channels. As the Omnichannel Marketing Analyst III at Anda, you will be responsible for understanding, tracking, measuring, and developing strategic recommendations for a varied scope of digital and print channels, including ecommerce, online promotions, omnichannel CRM, and paid and social media. This includes identifying and building customer segments based on actual sales data, then optimizing customer journeys for greatest impact of messaging, channel and timing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment with company objectives, and effectively optimize Anda’s sales through digital and ecommerce platforms, while developing data-driven recommendations. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments. • Data analytics: Tracks, measures, evaluates, and makes strategic recommendations from the results of omnichannel marketing strategies • Reporting structure: Build dashboards and statistical models that support Marketing decisions • Marketing IT systems management: Understands reporting structures and links data sources, then gathers and processes data into a form that allows evaluation • Situational awareness: Considers the environment and competitive landscape • Marketing partnership: Participates in developing materials and new approaches for marketing messaging and campaigns • Planning: Develops marketing plans and forecasts to achieve growth and sales objectives • Problem solving: Analyzes problem/opportunity areas of assigned projects and structures data-gathering function • Data gathering: Facilitates market research to gain key and actionable insights Your experience and qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. Education/Certification/Experience: • 3-5 years US Pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred • Omnichannel and B2B eCommerce marketing experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: • Proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales to track and report on results • Strategic mindset to make data-driven recommendations • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Cognos, Google Data Studio, etc.) and analytics platforms • Strong analytical background with digital marketing strategies, including paid and organic social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and PPC campaigns • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and project management skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner • Background in automating data processes and creating dynamic dashboards, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis methods • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing • Knowledge of data integration, infrastructure management, customer segmentation, behavior analysis, and market research techniques • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder preferred Enjoy a more rewarding choice
