TITLE:

Digital Product Manager

HOURS:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES:

Define product vision and strategy that aligns with overall business goals, meet customer needs, and contribute to meeting key performance indicators.

Conduct with multiple e-business product management and technical personnel to ensure strategies are in sync with the customer-centric digital experiences.

Engage with stakeholders to develop business justification and obtain buy-in and approval to move efforts forward or to align on issues and compromises.

Present strategy, roadmaps, and status updates to diverse leadership stakeholders on a regular basis.

Drive product feature execution by formulating and driving detailed plans with cross-functional teams to meet expectations for resources, budget, release timing, and KPIs.

Work with analytics and customer insights to establish key performance indicators to report on product success.

Monitor market, competitive, and technology trends and capabilities to shape strategy and roadmaps.

Coordinate technology and data process roadmaps in partnership with engineering leaders.

Capture, reprioritize, and communicate changing business needs to digital engineering.

Collaborate and negotiate priorities and resources across a complex global organization.

MINIMUM Requirements:

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Marketing, Public Administration, or any field of study.

Experience Requirement:

3 years as an IT Project Manager, Digital Product Manager, or related experience.

Alternative Education and Experience Requirement:

Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Marketing, Public Administration, or any field of study.

Required Knowledge or Experience:

Ecommerce website search engine or search results product management;

Scaled Agile Framework methodology;

Jira;

Product management within a global digital environment developing product strategy;

Customer and customer experience focus, and digital technology enablement;

Operating in a matrixed environment;

Analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, and Excel to investigate customer interactions, manage KPIs and goals;

Reports to company headquarters in Waltham, MA. Can work remotely or telecommute.
