In addition to developing win strategies, the marketing team leader is responsible for supervising a small team of marketing specialists to achieve HNTB’s marketing goals. The marketing team leader will oversee the work of other marketing team members and facilitate team training, mentorship, and professional development. Writes and leads qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material pursuits.
