The Associate Director, TG Regional Marketing, is a senior in-market position within the TG field organization that will focus on KOL engagements to gain insights and provide a bridge between field markets and TG. Regional Marketing will collaborate across the TG matrix as outlined in the approved ways of working document, including but not limited to Sales, Market Access and Medical Affairs. The position will report to the Director, Regional Marketing and be part of the TG MS Marketing team. The territory for this role is Florida and Puerto Rico.Key Responsibilities
Speaker Program ManagementKOL/Advocacy EngagementsAdvisory BoardsCongress Planning & ExecutionAmbassador of ComplianceTravel 10-15% to TG’s offices to attend meetings, etc., as required.Professional Experience/Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, sales or medicalMinimum 5 years of experience in the MS categoryMarketing, Sales Leadership, and launch experience preferredKOL engagement, ad boards and speaker’s bureau experience strongly preferredProven ability to manage large geographical territoryProven ability to develop productive relationships with physicians and other HCPsStrong analytical skills and presentation skillsClinical knowledge and aptitude in complex disease states. Desire to continuously learn and improve by applying new knowledge and skills on the jobEffective verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilitiesSelf-driven with strong organizing and planning skills. Able to determine effective approaches and take the appropriate action based on the available information and consistent with the overarching strategyProven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environmentMust live in either Florida or Puerto RicoBilingual in Spanish is preferredExperience working in a small biotech setting preferredEducation
