We are looking for an experienced Member Service Representative to join our team.Duties
Greet and assist members in person, over the phone, and through online channels, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.Help members with account openings, closings, and updates, ensuring accuracy in transactions and maintaining member confidentiality.Educate members on products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and online banking tools, to help them make informed financial decisions.Accurately process transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures.Identify and resolve member issues or concerns effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to enhance member experience and satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience is required.Has an active Public Trust or the ability to obtain one is required.A high school diploma or GED is required.Familiar with a 10 key calculator, telephone, and computer keyboard is required.$18 - $21 an hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
