As a

Research Associate , you will:

Responsibilities:Lab operations include RNA/DNA extraction/purification, NGS library preparation & QCs, and loading sequencersDevelopment and benchmarking of high-throughput NGS technologies (e.g., DNA-Seq and RNA-Seq assays)Develop and edit protocols with standard operating proceduresGenerate, organize, and maintain meticulous records on all conducted experimentsWork independently and/or with supervision with team members on new assay and protocol developmentCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to benchmark assays for automation liquid handlersThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of professional experience in molecular biology, biotechnology, or biochemistryDemonstrated expertise in molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA extraction & purification, NGS library preparation & QC, PCR, qPCR, cloning, etc.Strong understanding of theory behind techniques, proficient reasoning skills in experimental design and optimizing wet lab techniques, coupled with an exceptional attention to detailsQualified candidates should

Pay Range*:

$34 - $35 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
