As we expand, we seek dedicated professionals to join us in our mission to deliver exceptional products while driving sustainability and operational efficiency.About the Role:Reporting to the VP of Product Development and Global Sourcing, the Director of Global Sourcing will lead the global sourcing strategy for licensed adidas and Carhartt kids’ apparel. This critical role is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities, from sourcing and supplier relations to supply chain optimization and risk mitigation. We’re seeking a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, capable of leading in a fast-paced, competitive market.Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement a global sourcing strategy aligned with LT Apparel’s broader business objectives, optimizing our supply chain to support business growth and market needs.Analytics & Data Management: Leverage data-driven insights and advanced analytics to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, and mitigate risks effectively.Performance & KPI Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals.Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and elevate service standards.Process Optimization: Identify and address process inefficiencies, implementing best practices to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.Change Management: Lead change initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements, guiding the organization through transitions effectively.Vendor & Partnership Management: Build and sustain strong partnerships with suppliers and vendors, fostering collaboration and encouraging innovation to maintain a competitive advantage.Risk Management & Resilience: Proactively identify and address potential supply chain risks, creating a resilient operation that can adapt to market or environmental changes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 8+ years of experience in apparel sourcing, with a proven record of strategic planning and process optimization.Proficient in interpreting complex data, facilitating data-driven decision-making, and utilizing analytics for supply chain management.Demonstrated success in managing complex supply chain environments and implementing cost-reduction initiatives.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams effectively.Experience in change management, leading cross-functional teams, and driving large-scale initiatives.Required Skills:Experience with ERP and PLM systems, such as SAP.Familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for analytics and reporting.Join Our Team:LT Apparel Group offers a collaborative, innovative environment where motivated individuals can grow and make a tangible impact.
