Our clients are always at the center of what we do, and the Personal Stylist service goes above and beyond to delight our clients with wardrobe consultations, head-to-toe styling, behind the rope access to merchandise, and on-demand personal styling for any/all of their fashion needs.We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic team player, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence to assist our Personal Stylist / Client Advisor in creating a memorable experience for our customers. This person will be responsible for assisting his/her stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational support during the selling process.What You'll Do
Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointmentsRing transactions at POSProcess merchandise for Fashionphile ServiceCompleting post appointment follow up, including order tracking, alterations, thank you notesEnter and maintain precise clientele informationAssist with Digital selling and Social media presenceAssist in organizing gifting initiatives and experiences for Top ClientsEnsure all unsold merchandise is returned to stockEnsure cleanliness of fitting rooms using housekeeping and maintenance services when necessaryWhat You Bring
Excellent organizational and follow up skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsComputer and systems proficiencyFashion sensibilityPrevious sales or retail experience is a plusExperience working in a fast-paced environmentStyling, fashion and/or fashion retail experience is requiredExperience with Microsoft Excel, Teams and SharepointHigh School Diploma / equivalency required.Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbout Neiman Marcus Group
