BNBuilders is looking for a Digital Asset Management Specialist to oversee the organization and upkeep of our visual content library. This role will focus on ensuring our digital resources are accurately cataloged, easily retrievable, and effectively maintained. You’ll work closely with various teams to streamline workflows and manage a wide range of project images and marketing materials.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain digital resources using an online asset management system, ensuring accurate metadata tagging and classification.Collaborate with marketing, project, and design teams to support their visual content needs.Research, gather, and upload images from all project teams to keep the marketing image database up to date.Develop and implement content management strategies, taxonomy, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient organization and retrieval of digital assets.Regularly audit and update the digital asset library to ensure consistency and quality.Troubleshoot issues related to storage, access, and retrieval.Train team members on digital asset management system and ensure proper usage.Ensure assets are easily accessible for proposals, presentations, and social media.Continue to expand BNBuilders’ use of the DAM through exploration of its capabilities and services.Develop and implement structure for Joist AI, including content management strategies and best practices.QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years’ experience managing an enterprise content management or digital asset management systems, preferably OpenAsset.Bachelor’s degree in library science, information science, digital media or equivalent professional experience.Strong understanding of digital asset management principles, standards, and best practices.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to evolving project needs and priorities.Experience in the AEC industry preferred.Employer:
