The ideal candidate will provide outstanding services for our nonprofit clients, be organized, and possess superior communication skills.Duties:Plan and execute audits in accordance with auditing standards;Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the client's primary contact where appropriate;Identify issues and make suggestions for improvement;Communicate the status of work on a timely basis;Complete assigned projects within engagement timelines;Travel (if hybrid) to client assignments as needed;Participate in trainings and firm activities.Requirements:A passion for serving nonprofit organizations;Loyal, willing to learn;Minimum of 5 years of related experience;Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field;Previous experience in a public accounting firm;CPA or demonstrated progress towards obtaining CPA;Superior verbal and written communication skills;Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative on projects;Exceptional project and time management skills;Strong attention to detail;Ability to be flexible.
