Business Analyst (Insurance Domain)

Responsibilities:Knowledge and working experience of scrum-based Agile methodology.Identify obstacles that might impact the delivery of user stories and provide support to remove them.Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Collaborate with product owner/developer frequently for quality assurance of deliverables.Capture business needs/requirements gathering.Be a strong Business Analyst with Agile experience.Salesforce experience is a big plus.Gather and understand business needs and translate them into effective user stories/requirements.Facilitate workshops and discussion sessions; ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications.Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.Conduct Gap analysis and depict the relevant requirements.Communicate and negotiate requirements for end users.Propose business solutions and estimate effort required.Communicate requirements to project team and validate that requirements have been met.Participate as a pivotal team member in design, review, and planning meetings.Work as a team to develop optimal solutions that meet customers' and business needs.Assist in User Acceptance Testing for user stories and assist the Product Owner to sign off UAT.Equal Opportunity EmployerETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
