Our Cybersecurity team in Columbia, MD, is presently seeking an Information Systems Security Manager to add to the existing team of ISSMs and ISSOs in support to various classified programs. At RTX BBN Technologies, you will receive unique experiences in support of National Security initiatives and programs. The successful candidate should be able to develop, administer, and maintain comprehensive security programs in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Do:Provide supervision to a team of Cybersecurity professionals across RTX BBN sitesCollecting and reporting performance and effectiveness metrics as requiredCollaborates, supports and leverages services provided by other Cybersecurity Team membersComplies with and supports direction provided by the Project Managers to implement and sustain the Cybersecurity ProgramCollaborates with Information System Owners (ISOs), Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) and Program Managers to ensure required level of Cybersecurity support is being providedPartners with Program Security and Business Infrastructure (BI) organization to develop solutions and deploy standardized processes, procedures and configurationsAssists Cybersecurity Lead & other location ISSM’s with Mission Area prioritization and needsSupports the Organization’s vision, strategy and goalsLeads and contributes to Cybersecurity projects and initiativesQualifications You Must Have:Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience managing and implementing security program requirements in a classified R&D environment or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.Within six months of hire date, you must obtain and maintain a Security professional certification commensurate with a DoD 8570.01-M IAM level III certified credentials (CISSP, CISM, GSLC or CCISO), if you do not already have this certification.An active Top Secret - US security clearance.Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs.Qualifications We Prefer:TS/SCI with current poly US security clearanceExperience in the oversight and execution of the Assessment & Authorization processes (Certification & Accreditation), as defined in JSIG/RMFExperience in the execution and management of Information System’s (IS) incident response and administrative inquiries/investigations in collaboration with the investigations.Experience in the oversight and execution of a continuous monitoring/improvement program (to include but not limited to self-inspections, security control assessments, training, log management systems, automated inventory utilities, etc.)Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous classified networked environments in collaboration with internal/external Customers, Information Technology (IT) and other RTX sites.Experience working with the customer, both internal and external in the development of Basis of Estimates (BOE's) and contract negotiationsExperience in professional engagements with internal and external customers (i.e. AOs, DAOs, SCAs, Program Managers, etc.), to include negotiating controls/requirements with government Contracting ActivitiesWhat We Offer:Benefits (focus on unique benefits vs. standard).
