Our client seeks an associate with 4-5 or more years of litigation experience, preferably in transportation litigation, to join their Litigation Department in Atlanta. Candidates with experience defending motor carrier clients and handling insurance coverage issues are highly valued. The ideal applicant will have excellent writing and analytical skills, along with experience in deposition, discovery, and motion practice. A Georgia law license is required, or the candidate must be able to obtain one promptly.
