The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and will be responsible for managing complex civil litigation matters, providing high-level legal counsel, and handling cases from inception through resolution.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and complaints.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in [State(s)] (multi-jurisdictional admission is a plus).5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably with exposure to complex cases.
