18 years old +U.S or Mexican CitizenProficient in using a computer to research domestic and international destinations for clientsAbility to communicate effectively with suppliers to obtain best value offers for clientsResponsibilities:
You will support various companies by researching, coordinating, and booking company trips for employees.Creating quotes that meet all of the clients' requirements including location, food requirements, excursions, and budgets.Coordinate all required travel documents for employees, i.e., passports, country entrance paperwork.Disseminate all information to client's employees on an as-needed basis.Process payments for groups, assure all payment deadlines are met on time.Create detailed itineraries and guidelines for clients including what to pack and what to expect.Perks:
