Senior Employment Attorney

Employment firm based in Irvine CA, specializing in wage-and-hour class actions, Labor and Employment, and individual wrongful termination (FEHA) matters. We are seeking a few full-time litigation associates with approximately 4+ years of experience in employment law. We currently have one position available in our class action department, Labor and Employment team, and one position available in our wrongful termination/FEHA department. There are a couple of Junior Litigation and one Senior Litigation role open working in employment litigation.QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have approximately 4+ years of experience in employment law litigation.Experience with written discovery in both state and federal court is preferred, but not required.Experience making court appearances, handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement/verdict is preferred, but not required.Experience drafting various pleadings and complex motions is preferred, but not required.Able to work independently as well as a team player.Our firm places a huge emphasis on attorney growth and happiness. We truly believe in the work-life balance, and we have a low turnover rate. We are looking for someone that can grow with the firm.This job is specific to an Employment Litigation lawyer and is open to candidates with 4+ years. We have junior and senior roles, which is why the salary range is so large.Salary: 160K-300K Base plus bonus and benefits.
