Well&Nest has partnered with a National plaintiff's firm seeking a Litigation Attorney motivated to help those injured by corporate misconduct.In this role, you will learn all aspects of asbestos litigation and quickly become responsible for handling cases. You will be able to impact the lives of families going through the most stressful time of their lives.Qualifications:J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and admission to the California bar.Excellent legal research and writing abilities.Experience in asbestos, personal injury, wrongful death, or product liability litigation on the plaintiff side (not defense).Must be able to travel frequently on a national scale.Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.Ability to work as an individual and as a part of a team on behalf of injured clients.Ability to work under a deadline in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to the plaintiff work while demonstrating sound judgment.Case management responsibilities include written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions (preferred).Trial work as a second chair (preferred).Comprehensive benefits package:Paid time off.Paid holidays.Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.Paid parking.401(k) program.Short and long-term disability insurance.
