This role is fully remote!Duties/ResponsibilitiesAnswering inbound phone calls and placing outbound calls with stellar customer service, professionalism, and enthusiasmPerforming unbiased screening on all inbound phone calls from potential clientsAssessing and determining the viability of inbound phone calls during the client intake screening processObtain evidence and documentation from the client at the time of the initial in-person interviewOrganize case files and work closely with attorneys to bring in casesQualificationsMinimum 1-2 years experience with intakeExperience in a litigation firmExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of organizationMission Recruiting is proud to represent some of the most prestigious organizations in the country.
