Design and implement VMware vSphere solutions for server consolidation, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR).Configure and maintain VMware ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and other VMware components to support smooth operations.Monitor infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply optimizations to improve resource utilization.Manage virtual machines (VMs), templates, and snapshots, ensuring efficient provisioning and deployment.Implement robust security measures, including access controls, network segmentation, and VM isolation to protect virtual environments.Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps to streamline virtualization operations.Why This Role is Exciting:
