Recruiting Coordinator

to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for filling internal positions, as well as working with firm clients to assist them with their hiring needs. This is a client facing role that requires the ability to manage multiple job requisitions at one time with excellent follow-up, organization and attention to detail. This is a Hybrid position.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:Serve as a point of contact to Partners and hiring managers regarding strategic staffing initiatives.Assist with staffing goals and strategy, evaluating results against Firm’s business goals and objectives.Work with Grossberg Company LLP clients to determine staffing needs and recommend strategies for filling positions.Keep Partners, clients and managers appraised of the status of their open positions.Organize, coordinate and participate in job fairs and other networking events.Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for all positions to meet current and future projected staffing.Recommend sourcing strategy and resources, including job postings on internal and external websites.Coordinate and participate in candidate decision meetings.Coordinate and lead internal interview days (including full scheduling and management of the interview process when candidates are in the office; execution of skills assessments, etc.).Act as contact for employee referrals.Monitor and respond to marketplace recruiting trends to ensure the ongoing quality of hires.Check references and initiate background checks of candidates.Manage and coordinate college recruiting program, including calendar, networking events, job fairs.Be the primary point of contact to students for on-campus interviews/in-office interviews; conduct all initial interview phone screens; coordinate in-person interview days, administer skills assessments.Responsible for candidate management throughout the recruiting process, including candidate cultivation, offer negotiations, reference checking, and background checking.Establish relationships and maintain university relationships including career centers and student organizations to increase brand awareness.Be a self-starter.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.Minimum 1-3 years of recruiting experience.Experience recruiting in the public accounting or financial services industry is preferred.Experience using HRIS systems, including applicant tracking systems.Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, such as: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed.For 100 years,
