Job Description:Responsible for NPI bring-up, Test Development, and Proto execution. Develop hardware and test program in C++/Java using Advantest 93K platform. Knowledge of high power and high speed devices test development. Hands-on experience in high-speed SERDES interfaces and debug large silicon. BS degree and 8+ years experience in ATE, or MS degree and 6+ years of experience.Compensation and Benefits:The annual base salary range for this position is $119,000 - $190,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
