Regional HR Manager, Fulfillment
to join our team. As the Regional HR Manager for our Fulfillment Center operations, you will play a critical role in the effective management of human resources functions within your region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement HR strategies that align with our company's objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.With our dispersed team across 12+ fulfillment centers, you will be exposed to a broad range of People and culture activities and will work closely with specialists on recruitment, compensation, and people-focused policies. You should have a growth mindset and the ability to think outside of typical HR solutions to find effective answers.What You’ll Do:Establish strategy for communicating and executing HR initiatives to maximize operational efficiencies.Support 500+ employees across the region (Primarily Ohio and Utah locations).Lead a team of full-time and seasonal HR Generalists.Design and drive employee relations strategy with a focus on labor relations management.Develop proactive employee relations processes.Ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws.Coach Directors, Managers, and Supervisors on People-related issues.Support onboarding, training, and development programs.Consult with senior leadership on organizational development.Partner with People Operations to communicate yearly initiatives.Identify sustainable ways to reward and recognize employees.Work alongside Talent Acquisition to develop staffing strategies.Support leaders in org design and succession planning.Lead bonus and year-end review processes.Collaborate with the broader People Team on long-term projects.Who You Are:7-10 years of experience in People/HR related field.5+ years’ experience working with fulfillment/warehouse populations.Experience working with an hourly workforce.Strong employee relations experience.Willing to travel to fulfillment centers within the designated region.Candidate must be based in the Groveport, Ohio area and willing to work on-site at our fulfillment center most of the week.Nice to Haves:Experience with Workday.Labor relations knowledge preferred.Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.Currently, Cart.com does not intend to hire candidates who will need sponsorship through any non-immigrant visa category.All hiring is contingent on eligibility to work in the United States.Cart.com is an equal opportunity employer.
