The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.Responsibilities:Experienced Python Developer to be part of a team working on strategic and tactical projects for the Wholesale Lending businessStrong knowledge and development experience using Advanced PythonFull Stack web development experience requiredExperience in developing multi-tier web applicationsExperience in microservicesHands on software engineer who will be writing code on a daily basisDemonstrate knowledge on code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in the CI/CDExperience in python based streaming development is preferredUnderstanding of both relational and non-relational databasesExperience with MongoDB and/or Oracle preferredExperience in the financial services industry preferredFamiliarity with Windows and Linux operating systems and able to write shell & batch programsAbility to work independently with end users to gather requirements and design solutionsDemonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in area(s) of Applications DevelopmentAbility to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictateDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in version control tools like GIT, SVN and BitbucketEnthusiasm for learning and pursuing development of new skillsQualifications:6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roleExtensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applicationsExperience in managing and implementing successful projectsSubject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications DevelopmentAbility to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictateDemonstrated leadership and project management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferredLocation:
