Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!Job Summary:As the Sous Chef, you will oversee the Culinary Department's daily operations, assist in food preparation, and support menu development, working Monday through Friday, AM shifts. You'll collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain food quality, control costs, and manage kitchen staff.
