Director of Partner Relations

Salary range $60,000 - $75,000. Salary is based on experience.
The Director of Partner Relations is responsible for overseeing the collaboration and coordination efforts within the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to enhance outcomes for victims of child abuse. This role involves managing the MDT Coordinators, ensuring compliance with Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) protocols, and fostering partnerships with relevant stakeholders. The Director will also supervise staff, facilitate case review meetings, and organize key events to promote awareness and support for child abuse prevention and response.
Essential Functions
Ensure seamless collaboration across MDT to improve outcomes for victims.
Oversight of MDT Coordinators and the review of DFPS Statewide Intakes, ensuring cases that meet CAC case criteria are coordinated and appropriate services offered.
Follow-up and coordinate with MDT to ensure children who meet the parameters of a joint investigation defined in CAC protocols receive a coordinated investigation.
Facilitate weekly MDT case review meetings to include cases that meet criteria for staffing.
Hire, train, and supervise Partner Relations staff.
Direct supervision of MDT Coordinators and Intake Specialist.
Conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing professional development to maintain compliance with accrediting standards.
Ensure all activities and services provided by the Partner Relations department comply with CAC protocols and accrediting standards.
Plan, coordinate and participate in child abuse awareness month, MDT retreat and holiday events.
Prepare regular reports for the leadership team, grant reporting, and the board of directors on the status of outcomes of the Partner Relations initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
TravelThis position is based in the Lewisville, TX office. The candidate must be willing to work at all offices (Bridgeport, Lewisville, and Denton) when agency needs arise.
Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree in social services or criminal justice field, required.
Master’s degree, preferred.
Experience
This position requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience working in related field and working collaboratively with DFPS and/or law enforcement (2 years if candidate holds a master’s degree; 5 years if candidate holds a bachelor's degree).
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience with full-time staff, required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
