We are currently seeking an assistant/associate faculty position for our level IV NICU in University of Maryland Medical Center. In addition to the main campus level IV NICU, coverage includes two level III regional NICUs with 15-26 beds.As the oldest public medical school in the United States, the University of Maryland School of Medicine has an established tradition of outstanding clinical care, education, and research. The area offers rich cultural fabric and unique recreational opportunities.Minimum Requirements:Medical degree or foreign equivalent.Completion of Residency training in Pediatrics.Completion of Fellowship training in Neonatology.Maryland medical license or eligible for Maryland medical license.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.The University of Maryland School of Medicine continues today as one of the fastest growing, top tier biomedical research enterprises in the world.
