What you'll get to do:
Support in executing seasonal color and print strategies, focusing on implementation and detailed execution.
Conduct preliminary market research and trend analysis, contributing to the development of color palettes under the guidance of higher-level team members.
Maintain and organize digital color and print libraries, ensuring tools and samples are readily accessible.
Create & Maintain Tools.Keep color tools well-organized for the design department and assist in creating and updating Merch Guides.
Support in setting up color and print representation and creation of design boards for department presentations.
Collaborate closely with the Color Development team to ensure accurate color matching and alignment with timelines and deliverables.
Facilitate clear communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of color-related developments.
Support in the execution of color match inspiration, build chip cards by fabrication, matching standards, and name seasonal colors.
Who you are:
3+ years design experience
Degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of textiles, artwork techniques, and fabric.
Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
PLM experience preferred but not required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, passionate, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and operate under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
