The Assistant Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to assist the Program Manager in administering DFC’s Safe Sleeping Program. The Assistant Program Manager will provide overall program support at two program sites and assist in building a culture of collaboration and accountability. This is a full-time position with rotation evenings and weekends.In general, that work will include the following:Provide supervision and training of all volunteers and interns.Provide support in the oversight of the Program Coordinators and lived experience support staff.Conduct quality assurance reviews on program data entry in HMIS system.Attend community collaborative meetings for resources and program representation.Assist in development of resources to enhance program service offerings.Investigate and report on client, community and staff grievances.Assist in the continued process improvement of the program and the program sites.Assist in ensuring the program is complying with contracts, partnership agreements, and all other funding requirements, program goals, and stakeholder expectations.Submit reports to the Program Manager related to program progress and outcomes.This position requires knowledge of and demonstrated success in implementing homeless service programs. The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following skills and experiences:BA required; Master's Degree preferred (e.g., Education, Social Services, or Nonprofit Management).Minimum 3-5 years providing program oversight.Knowledge of homeless service systems.Demonstrated success bringing together key stakeholders from different groups and organizations.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftWeekends as neededWork Location: In person
