Assistant/Associate Professor-Endocrinology
Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (NJMS) seeks qualified candidate(s) at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. The selected candidate(s) will provide support to grow the Endocrinology service and will include patient care, research, and teaching (medical students/resident physicians and subspecialty fellows) in concert with the policies of Rutgers NJMS, University Hospital, and the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. Interest and/or specialization in Obesity Medicine; Thyroid and Pituitary disease management; or Neuroendocrine disease management is preferred. The successful candidate(s) will be board certified/board eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism with demonstrated excellence in clinical care, research, and teaching.Position Status:

Interest and/or specialization in Obesity Medicine; Thyroid and Pituitary disease management; or Neuroendocrine disease management is preferred. The successful candidate will be board certified/board eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism with demonstrated excellence in clinical care, research, and teaching.Certifications/Licenses:
MD or DORequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment screenings. Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
