Job Description

Summary/Objective:

Responsible for working with customers, suppliers, and other business partners to fulfill business needs. Provides innovative solutions and creates new business opportunities within the Group. Works under the direction of management to develop new accounts and to manage and grow existing accounts. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to generating new sales leads, identifying new business opportunities, and researching and identifying potential new markets.Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degreeIndustry and product knowledge2+ years of experience in sales and business developmentProject and team management experienceProfessional level proficiency in Japanese language (reading, writing & speaking)Preferred Education & Experience:

B.S in Chemical Engineering or ChemistryExperience selling the following types of products: Adhesives, Paints, Sealants, Inks, Thermal Management Materials, or PolymersIndustry experience selling product(s) listed above to one or more of the following industries:Automotive industryChemical industrySemiconductor industry
