Federal Channel Account Manager . Reporting to the Head of Channel Sales, you will partner with our Public Sector Federal team to work with Logitech channel partners to define, develop, and drive sales and revenue growth across the entire Logitech product line, focused within the Federal government market.Your role is to define clear solutions that meet the needs of your team, partners, and customers, resulting in outcomes that exceed business expectations. You will engage and influence key decision makers within our partner community at various levels in the partner organization up to and including the VP-level and C-Level executives. You will also partner with internal stakeholders including other Channel Account team members and team members in Sales, Sales Engineer, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing functions. You exceed sales quotas by enhancing and upleveling relationships. You enjoy initiating and building strong relationships with strategic partners.Location: We proudly support remote work however, to ensure stellar customer service and care, you must be located in the DC Metro / Virginia area.Your Contribution:Be Yourself. In this role you will:Build and maintain a strong network of strategic, Federal government market focused, Logitech PartnersProvide forecasting and business plans for your assigned strategic partnersGenerate insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape and position the business for growth in both the near and long termConduct weekly activity management, pipeline, forecast, reviews across all products with the support of leadershipDeliver on forecast and quota attainment goals and objectivesStrategic Account Planning to ensure partner compliance for growth acceleration which includes alignment with government contractsManage, and collaborate with, your partners to streamline operational efficiencies and grow the businessCollaborate with channel marketing around MDF on initiatives that will generate new business opportunities, new revenue, and long-term customersTogether, with other key sales team members, utilize the CRM Platform Salesforce to suggest and collaborate on current and future opportunitiesPartner with the Logitech Technical Team to support our Federal partners for strategic deploymentsWork cooperatively with cross functional departments including CSM, SE, Alliances and HQ product team resources to deliver elite customer experience.Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:Proven experience of significant relevant technology channel partner experience in the Federal marketStrong desire to assist with winning deals, RFPs and Standards while delivering quarterly revenue commitment and strong forecastStrong written and verbal communications, stellar storytelling, and presentation skillsExperience partnering and connecting sales teams with partner sales teamsProficient with CRM/Pipeline tools (Salesforce.com)Technically proficient across the enterprise IT landscape including knowledge of Video Collaboration, Unified Communications, Networking/Mobility, and SecurityStrong working knowledge of the Logitech alliance partners such as Microsoft, Zoom and GoogleA track record of leveraging influential channel leadership to drive change, growth, and new business modelsExperience in selling Unified Communications (UC) and strong understanding of cloud solutionsDirect sales experience in Video Collaboration is preferredPrevious experience building strategic channel business plansProficiency in social media such as LinkedIn; Sales NavigatorAble to do hands-on solutions demos with our customerPassion to be on a team with the vision to enhance the culture through the way we communicate, connect and collaborateAn innovation and inclusive mindsetLogitech is an amazing place to work because it is full of authentic people who are inclusive by nature as well as by design.
