Position Summary:

Focusing on customer, associate and business needs, this team works with Walmart International, which includes more than 5,200 retail units, operating in 23 countries such as Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Mexico and South Africa to name a few.What you'll do:You'll collaborate closely with product managers and tech leads to understand the requirements, then develop, unit test, and deliver software components that meet these needs.You'll contribute significantly to efforts towards Operational Excellence and Engineering Excellence.You'll build and implement tools and systems to boost the overall productivity of the team.What you'll bring:Over four years of experience in developing REST web services using Spring Boot and Java.Expertise in asynchronous messaging utilizing Kafka and NoSQL technologies.Experience in building multi-tenant software platforms.Familiarity with deploying to cloud services like Azure or GCP.About Walmart Global Tech:

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.Preferred Qualifications:
