on the

Technology Data Science & Data Governance team , tasked with developing AI/ML tools to enhance employee productivity across Lines of Business (LOB). The candidate will work closely with Technology teams, LOB Operations, other Data Scientists, and IT Product owners. The focus is on predictive modeling, data-driven decision-making, and the development of GenAI/LLM-based tools.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business partners to develop predictive models for strategic decision-making.Utilize data science techniques on structured and unstructured data to extract insights.Build and test hypotheses for predictive models; develop tools using GenAI/LLM.Translate data insights into visuals and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.Assist in creating analytics solutions tailored to client needs.Participate in cross-functional working groups and community engagement.Work on smaller projects or components of larger projects of low to moderate complexity.Required Experience and Skills:Proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analytics using high-volume data.Experience with algorithms like GLM, KNN, Random Forest, XGBoost, ARIMA, NLP, and frameworks like Python, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow.Strong communication skills to influence business leaders and assist in decision-making.PhD in fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar, with 3+ years of relevant experience.Technical Competencies:Expertise in predictive modeling and business-oriented data science.Familiarity with tools like Python (Pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch), and versioning with git.
