If so, we want to meet you!$65,000 base salary plus commission.SummaryMaintains and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals.Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.Responsible for on-call services, as assigned.Functions as primary contact for the sales of Assisted Living and Memory Care at the community to professional referral sources, phone and web inquiries, as well as walk-in visitors to drive occupancy.Follows through on curated plans with outside clinical sources to increase professional referrals.Discovers the needs of each prospective resident and their families finding the appropriate solutions to those needs by articulating the benefits and value of the community.Conducts appropriate and proactive follow-up activities in an effort to facilitate positive, trusting and valuable relationships, with objection handling resulting in favorable outcomes.Documents all planned and completed marketing activities in a provided CRM on a daily basis.Collaborate with Sr VP of Sales, to strategize and develop creative programs to identify and connect with other stakeholders, in order to maintain and nurture those relationships.Exercise independent judgment, where needed, to manage common buyer objections raised by prospects and know how to overcome them.Be familiar with and know how to use the various methods of closing to achieve the desired result and customer service.Follow required procedures in completing all applications and/or contracts for residency.Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.Three (3) years sales and marketing experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care community or related long-term care.Successful sales experience in a senior living or closely related industry.Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.Ability to relate well to all individuals.Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.Ability to adapt to change.BenefitsHealth, Dental, & Vision InsuranceHealth Saving Account with Potential Company Contributions401(k) with Company MatchFinancial and Retirement Planning at No ChargePaid Time Off and HolidaysBasic Life Insurance & AD&D - Company PaidShort and Long Term Disability - Company PaidVoluntary Ancillary CoverageReferral BonusesEmployee Assistance ProgramThis dynamic contributor is responsible for planning and executing in exceeding all sales, occupancy and revenue goals by developing and implementing the community strategic sales plan. is accountable for the entire sales process: building/managing prospect base and referral base, maintaining the online sales tracking via our CRM. Meeting and exceeding all weekly sales and activity goals, benchmark conversion ratios, generating tours and securing deposits for move-ins. The ideal candidate must have experience in relationship-building with healthcare professionals in an effort to generate leads and referrals to the community.
