Release and Deployment Management (RDM) Manager

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Release and Deployment Management (RDM) Manager to be responsible for supporting:Scheduling baseline and emergency releasesManaging deployment to sitesProviding notifications of upcoming releasesProviding training documentation for baseline deployments - establish back-out criteria for the ITSM SystemSupports procurement of IT assets when requested.Supports the tagging and tracking of all IT assets and supports the location and identification of their owners.Receives IT assets, when requested, and ensures delivery to correct locations.Assists Enterprise Engineer in report definitions as required.Consults on technical aspects of RDM (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.).Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related fieldManager - 4 to 7 years’ experience in IT and/or ITSM process support, release management requiredAnalyst - 0-4 years of experience in IT and/or ITSM process support, release management requiredMust hold an active DoD Secret security clearanceITIL foundations preferred2 years' JIRA experience preferredQualis Corporation is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse and talented workforce who can contribute to the mission and vision of the Company.
