6+ MonthsPosition Summary:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct all the ceremonies of an agile development cycle such as PI planning, daily standups, feature refinements, sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives.Document the action items from the various meetings and follow up with the respective stakeholders.Develop trusted relationships with project and program stakeholders.Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication.Assist leadership with onboarding and training the staff and contractors as needed.Experience working within various project management methodologies, preferably SAFe Agile methodologies.Continuous professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and project management best practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.Program or Project management experience of 7+ years.Experience in consulting in large corporations, preferably in the Telecom domain.SAFe Agile certifications such as CSM, PO/PM.Excellent documentation and reporting skills.Skills:Experience presenting to executive leadership and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of management.Strong relationship management skills - able to set priorities, influence others, manage customer expectations, and effect change through influence and partnership.Flexible with a proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams), Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Jira Align.Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
