As a Digital Business Partner within the MPS Division of Molex, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation. You will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement digital solutions that enhance business processes, improve efficiencies, and drive growth. By incorporating quality into the design of products and processes and predicting potential quality problems before manufacturing and delivering the product, we can create mutual benefit.What You Will DoEngage with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging digital technologies.Partner and collaborate with business stakeholders to define business requirements, coaching them in Design Thinking methodology to uncover improvement areas in people, processes, and technology.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MPS and Molex Digital, leveraging MPS's business expertise and Molex Digital's technical expertise to define and implement tailored solutions and initiatives.Effectively plan, organize, and oversee projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations for their adoption within the organization.Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.Promote digital transformation and drive a culture of innovation within the organization.
