IT Advisor, Technology Consulting – SAP – Finance - FI/CO – Senior Manager (Multiple Positions) (1532850), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.
Provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations with a focus on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity in the digital era. Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams. Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions. Initiate requirement gathering and blueprinting. Manage complete workflows and architect solutions including the functional design of the solution. Manage and organize test solutions and write documentation. Lead teams to complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field and 8 years of related work experience (of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience). Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field and 7 years of related work experience.
Must have 7 years of experience providing SAP advisory and/or consulting services (including strategy, design, configuration, and implementation) within a professional services firm.
Must have 7 years of hands-on technical experience with the following SAP modules: FI/CO.
Must have 6 years of experience in one of the following:
S4/HANA; or
Any combination of S4/HANA and ERP.
Must have 4 full lifecycle SAP FI/CO implementations while employed with a professional services firm, from planning, to configuration, to go- live.
Must have 6 years of experience creating and leading SAP FI/CO workshops for external clients.
Must have 6 years of professional experience in designing from scratch and presenting client-facing PowerPoint presentations.
Must have 7 years of experience gathering requirements and working with offshore team member(s) and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects.
Must have 7 years of experience in translating business requirements into end-to-end SAP-enabled solutions, including gathering requirements, solution design, building, testing and solution deployment.
Must have 5 years of experience managing teams of technology professionals.
Must have 4 years of project management experience within a professional services firm, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance.
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
