Posted Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 7:00 AMAre you a seasoned, independent insurance professional who has an enthusiasm for managing carrier relationships, overseeing agency operations and leading a dynamic sales team focused on auto and home insurance?If this sounds interesting to you, below are a few more details:Agency & Operational LeadershipOversee day-to-day operations of LiveSmart Insurance Services, LLC to meet organizational goals.Lead carrier management processes, ensuring effective communication, compliance, and ongoing relationship building.Manage commission reconciliation, working with carriers to address and resolve any issues promptly.Develop and execute strategies for agency growth and retention, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Direct and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales goals.Foster a collaborative environment focused on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and performance excellence.Set clear objectives and expectations, regularly monitoring performance and implementing improvement plans as needed.Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to discuss goals, performance metrics, and industry trends.Oversee the sales process for auto and home insurance products, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, balancing client needs with agency policies.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth or product adjustment.Develop and maintain a high standard of client service and retention by promoting strong client relationships and offering exceptional support.Financial & Strategic ManagementWork closely with finance and operations to ensure commission structures are reconciled and accurately recorded.Assist in budget planning and expense management to maintain cost-effective agency operations.Regularly review agency performance metrics and implement improvement strategies to ensure profitability and growth.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the insurance market.Here is what we are looking for:Education:

A bachelor’s degree or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years in the insurance industry. Experience in an agency manager role preferred.Licensing:

State licensure for property and casualty insurance is required. Life and health licensure is a plus.

Must have an active insurance license in the State of CA in good standing. Additionally, a current driver's license in good standing and current in force CA insurance is a requirement of the position.Skills:

Demonstrated success in sales team management, carrier relationship management, and commission reconciliation.Technical:

Proficient in insurance agency management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Personal Qualities:

$85,000 - $108,000 per yearThe salary range that we expect to pay for this position is $85,000 - $108,000.
