Research and implement effective collection techniques.Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support AR.Reconcile client accounts and cash applications as necessary.Provide customer service regarding collection issues as it pertains to anything that a customer requests or needs to ensure payment of past due balances.Manage assigned support tickets and resolve them in a timely manner.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.Previous accounts receivable experience.Intermediate skills in Excel.Preferred Qualifications
