The Dallas office of Baker McKenzie seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience for the Litigation & Government Enforcement Practice Group, supporting its complex commercial litigation and government enforcement practices.Responsibilities
Draft pleadings and conduct discovery.Argue motions and take and defend depositions.Qualifications
Strong academic credentials.Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.Large law firm experience in a busy litigation practice is strongly preferred.Former clerkship with a federal district judge or circuit court is a plus.Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the Texas Bar.Please include a cover letter, resume, transcripts, and writing sample with your application.
