This is an opportunity with tremendous growth potential for very motivated individuals that observe a strong work ethic.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a team lead in terms of your knowledge and experience in technology transformation and commercial banking.Lead practitioners throughout the creation and successful delivery of work products.Manage and lead client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members.Provide counselling and mentoring to junior consultants within the organization.Minimum RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Finance or a related field and at least 5-7 years of related work experience.A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with a mid-to-large size public accounting firm, professional consulting firm, or within industry (financial services, technology).A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology delivery project/product management.Hands-on experience in the design, development and delivery of solutions or infrastructure and managing large-scale programs including:Business process and workflow design.Business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.Ability to design and create an effective IT environment for business operations.Knowledge of development and operations (DevOps) practices for software configuration, integration and deployment.Quality Assurance and Testing.Data modeling and lineage.Demonstrated experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically in domains such as Commercial client onboarding, Payments, Treasury and cash management, Trade finance and supply chain finance, Small business banking.At least 5 years of experience in managing and supervising teams of professional employees.Exceptional core consulting skills (e.g., creative thinking, problem solving, client and stakeholder management).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Willingness to travel up to 80%.Ideally, you will also have:Post-graduate / Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Finance or a related field.Certifications in Program and/or Project Management Practices (e.g., PgMP, PMP, Agile).What we look forWe are interested in leaders with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
