to join our primary care practice at
M Health Fairview Clinic– Princeton . Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.Practice Details:17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.34 patient contact hours per week.Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections.Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule.As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).Income Details:Initial 2 year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program rewarding production, quality and patient experience.Comprehensive benefits package: generous time off and CME allowance, malpractice insurance (includes tail coverage), retirement contributions, & more.Responsibilities Job DescriptionM Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton

We are situated on the same campus as M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center.Onsite specialties:Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Sleep Medicine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology, and more.Onsite services:Rehab services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.BC/BE through NCCPA.Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.2 years of Physician Assistant experience required.EEO StatementEEO/AA Employer/Vet/Disabled: All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to any lawfully protected status.
