Looking for a Permanent Medical Director in picturesque, small town New Hampshire!
Shift(s) Description:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (~12 hours per week on Medical Director Responsibilities, ~28 hours per week as a primary care clinician) + On call
Job Description:
Full-time outpatient position with leadership/Division Chair interest.
Seeking a provider who plans to stay and practice within the community.
Oversees and guides outpatient care and the medical director(s) of quality for primary care.
Facilitates office flow and addresses day-to-day clinical aspects.
Acts as the direct clinical supervisor for outpatient medical practitioners.
Spends 1/3 of the scheduled time, approximately 12 hours per week on Medical Director Responsibilities and 2/3 of time, 28 hours per week as a primary care clinician.
Works collaboratively as a member of the health care team within the Health Centers and the Hospital.
Manages 20-24 patients per day.
Enjoys EMR Optimization, implementation, and development, along with direct patient care.
Community call (including local nursing home patients) TBD, likely 1:4.
EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation.
Reports to the Chief Medical Officer.
Supported by an RN Team leader and designated MA.
Specialist services available through Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital a couple of times per week.
Excellent IT and Marketing support to help build volume.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive compensation, including wRVU productivity. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
Medical Director Stipend.
Up to $19,000 relocation/rental assistance if applicable.
Commencement bonus and Retention bonus for years 2 and 3.
Student Loan Repayment application assistance.
5 weeks of vacation, 5 days sick time.
CME time and money.

Malpractice insurance with tail.
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine (will consider Board Eligible but must have plans to become Board Certified shortly after employment) -
