Participate in the architecture development with our chip architects by leading feasibility studiesCollaborate with other design engineering teams (system, packaging, digital, photonics) to translate system-level requirements into electrical design specificationsLead the analog design and top-level integration of integrated circuits developmentDesign complex analog and mixed-signal circuitsCreate technical reports and design specifications documentsPlan DFT strategy and support its design implementationOversee the performance validation of the analog circuits in the labSupport production test development and ramp to productionMinimum Qualifications
MS with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR Ph.D. with 5+ years of experience3+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry experience in Analog/Mixed-signal IC designSolid fundamentals of CMOS device characteristics, noise, mismatch, linearity, and design trade-offsExperience designing complex blocks such as data converters, control-loop circuits used in power-delivery, high-speed interface circuitsPreferred Qualifications
Experience in advanced FinFET process nodes is a plusExperience with Cadence Design EnvironmentHands-on experience in the lab with silicon evaluation and validationAbility to work collaboratively with people across multiple functional areasExplains advanced concepts and understands how those concepts relate to other disciplinesWorks in projects at all levels of the organization and serves as an external spokespersonBenefits
