An independent not-for-profit community-owned hospital in Minnesota (MN) seeks an Internal Medicine Physician (IM) to join their mission-driven and collegial team.
Position Highlights:4-day work week seeing an average of 16 patients per dayInterests in Palliative Care or Geriatrics can be accommodatedMainly outpatient with 1-2 back-up inpatient days of call per month (19 total per year) - This allows the team to maintain their inpatient skills without sacrificing their work/life balanceEMR - EPICFlexible options for candidates interested in part-timeJ1 and H1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation Highlights:Recruitment package up to 610KSign-on bonusRelocation assistance up to $20,000Residency/Fellowship stipend of $2,000 per month for the remainder of trainingComprehensive benefits package including 2 weeks for CME and a $10,000 CME stipend and a 5.5% retirement matchStudent loan repayment of 36K per year and PSLF eligible
