OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSSt. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Family Medicine to join Rensselaer Health Center located in Rensselaer, New York.This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. St. Peter's Rensselaer Health Center provides a full range of health care services for the entire family, including pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17: well-child visits (routine, school, sports, and camp physicals); immunizations; adolescent health; sick visits by appointment; ADHD care; and hospital / ER follow up.Adult medicine services for established patients include routine care for illness, injury, and chronic medical conditions; preventive health and wellness screenings; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; routine physicals (including employment, insurance, and school physicals); and sick visits by appointment.This practice also offers refugee health assessments in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health.
