Come join the Intuit Expert Network Team leading our efforts to develop and drive change and readiness processes and rigor to ensure our customer service team of experts are prepared and able to successfully deliver world class service to our customers.In this exciting role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing processes and capabilities that enable changes at speed and scale, evangelizing the need to ensure expert readiness is included in product and process launches, and engaging with leadership to share status and insights connected to readiness work. You’ll lead a team of high-performing change readiness leaders, overseeing their work assignments and managing capacity and prioritization of change requests.Responsibilities

Develop the strategy and approach to enable best-in-class change and readiness experiences for our worldwide network of expertsSeek opportunities to improve speed and clarity of how we deliver changeEnsure our change and readiness practices are enduring and scalablePartner, educate and mentor teams on change management best practicesIdentify and align on key performance indicators for change management - at the initiative and overall levelsRemove roadblocks and coach/guide your team of change leadersSkills & CapabilitiesStrong organizational skills with experience in managing tasks effectively and delivering quality outcomes on timeDemonstrated ability to influence at all levels in the organizationProcess mindset with focus on scale and speedStrong business acumen with appreciation of business challenges and ability to drive and achieve desired business outcomesResults-driven with strong team collaboration skills and self-awarenessKnowledge & Experience RequirementsCollege degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience leading change management effortsExperience with MS Office and Google SuiteAbility to analyze data and metricsExcellent written and verbal and communication skillsExcellent active listening skillsTeam player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
